Yes, sure! You can update a profile in the app simply and conveniently. The app supports a variety of profiles – senior citizen, student, youth, etc. for further details

Is there an assumption of monthly usage?

Yes, sure! The more you travel, the less you pay through the discounted monthly usage threshold! For example, if your monthly account has reached NIS 250, enjoy a 75% discount on the amount that exceeds NIS 200 and therefore you will only be charged NIS 212.5! for further details

By what means of payment can I pay?

You can pay with a variety of credit cards and debit cards that are common in Israel. Please note that instant debit and tourist cards benefit from the monthly volume discounts, but according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Transport, their means of payment is charged on a daily basis.

When will my account be charged?

Travel and validations performed using a multi-pass are paid for only at the end of the monthly billing cycle! The billing cycle begins on the 25th of the month and ends on the 24th of the following month.

Do you operate under license?

Probably! Multi-Pass is an application that operates out of necessity for a license to operate transportation services based on a personal account granted to us by the Ministry of Transportation and Road Safety.

Will I receive a tax invoice?

In accordance with the guidelines of the Tax Authority, when debiting your account you will be sent an email with a registered digital debit note approved by the tax authorities for the purpose of credit.
